If you are out of town for long periods of time and would like someone to come by periodically to make sure your home is in order, this option is for you! We will check a variety of home functions including power, heating/cooling, refrigerator/freezer, sump pump, lights, alarm, etc. We will ensure entrances (doors and windows) are closed and locked, and individual specifications will be entertained.
