Kristen Stonecipher has cared for animals since she was a child. Growing up with show horses, dogs, cats and an array of other domestic pets, she got the animal “bug” early in life.

Often asked to watch people’s pets in their absence, Stonecipher realized there was a real need for a service that would care for animals in their own environments without having to call on neighbors or friends for the job. Soon after, “The Pet Diva” grew from a concept to a reality.

In addition to “The Pet Diva”, Stonecipher is a Saddle Seat riding instructor and publicist for a leading technology PR firm. She is also an active volunteer with the Humane Society, and a youth leader for Laurelwood Stables riding club.

Stonecipher graduated magna cum laude from Indiana University with a degree in Sport Marketing and a minor in Business.
